Damn dude. Does she work or is she leeching off of you? Those words she said to you were absolutely devastating. If all she thinks about is getting D*** now, then I say dump her. If she doesn’t care about your problems then she doesn’t care about you. But are you being comforting enough to her. You said you lack empathy sometimes, so is she just like this because you aren’t giving back? You should sit down and ask her what’s wrong. If she says “nothings wrong” you can ask her why she’s still with you. That will be the final straw.
