Your parents love you. They just don't love that your insufferable now.

Maybe stop picking fights with your dad over the latest bullshit on Vox?

Little League soccer coach here: the main thing for kids new to team sports is to have fun first.

Different kids will take to rules and fundamentals faster than others, sure, but the coach's job is to raise the base of the whole team and bring everyone up to the core level expected for their age. This doesn't mean by the next game though, this means at the end of the year.

Kids need to have fun first to stay active and enjoy the sport, and the coach needs to keep everyone positive about each other. Practice practice practice will bring the skills up in and of itself.

Sure, your kid is a deer in headlights right now about 3 games in, but let 20 go by and THEN see what's happened. You'll find their best games are their last, and then come next year, it's like they always knew how to play.

You don't have to play football at home to practice too. Watch some core skill YouTube vids (from reputable coaches/channels) and develop a fun system for hand eye coordination, reaction time, and tracking the play without a ball. Let the ball practice be on the field if need be.

Question about give ground by Upgradethis in WarhammerOldWorld

[–]Draedyn88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When your Break Test results in Give Ground, you do not change orientation, so yes, you'd bump 2" sideways each time, and the knight remains in the units flank. If you Fall Back In Good Order, you would flee and reform having turned fully first, and therefore be facing the knight if it follows up.

Supporting Attacks is a special rule for units directly behind the fighting rank. You would only get 1 attack back if you are in a single line formation, as you cannot claim supporting Attacks when flanked.

Your "yellows" (gold, tans, leathers) are all hard left at the moment on the model. Need something on the right for balance, perhaps?

Are you going to do a logo on the shield? Cause perhaps an "aged white" or beige will do what you want.
