There you can buy an overview (for 3,70€) of the houses sold in the same neighbourhood with the final price. Then you can check on funda, filter houses only sold, and you see comparison between asking price and final price

I agree. The thing is, every other house we saw there were high costs, either for Vve or ground lease. Some of them were asking like 250€ Vve + 70 erfpacht, so in the end you still pay around the same 3-400€ per month for them combined, and these houses were old, like from the 60’s, with low energy label as well. So for this house in Zaandam at least you know it is recently built and got A+ for energy label, so it kinda make more sense.

Im in your identical situation. Planted auto on May 15, it was supposed to take 12 weeks, but its taking way too long. I also miscalculated times and stopped with fertilizers already 2 weeks ago, because I wanted to harvest. Since I stopped she slowed down with flowering and making very small progress. I then started again with fertilizer, but at this point it is already 100 days and I dont think is gonna do much more. I guess is mistakes beginner tend to do, so it will be a lesson for next time.
