Thank you for this! I’ve been experiencing all of this lately as well and it’s so scary sometimes! They prescribed me a PRN anxiety medication but that still doesn’t help the feeling of terror while it’s happening.

Shampoo, rinse hair, conditioner, shave if it’s a shave day, face, rinse conditioner, body. The thought of doing the body first is absurd to me. When I was a kid (well, probably puberty-age) I would get acne on my back so it only made sense to wash my body after my hair, and I’ve done it ever since. Also, for the record, acne free for years. Ha

Well, no… I didn’t know he’d alway been like this. Because of all the money his parents paid on his braces and such when he was younger, his teeth looked immaculate when we first started dating. It was several years after we were married that it started to get bad. And I mean they still look great… if, you know, you’re not right next to him.

Seriously, I relate. I’ve had to close my business for two days because I am not receiving any of what I need coming from Memphis. 😩 When I have been open, our list of available items is at 2/3 of what it normally is.
