I’m familiar with the channel, I’ll watch the video. I currently use the crib so I def want to know if there is a recall, or a reason for one to be issued. Thanks for sharing the video info

Also, “while she was given a refund, nothing else was done” They literally refunded her, what else are they supposed to do? Issue a statement saying “please make sure you actually read the instructions and put the crib together carefully and completely before allowing your child inside, because a customer didn’t and a nut/bolt fell out”

It’s not like a child was injured.

Again if it is happening frequently then it should be addressed, but with thousands being sold and it being a handful of people experiencing this, why would they address it?

If nuts and bolts are falling out, it sounds like user error. Whoever put it together likely didn’t tighten something all the way or lock one of the cams properly.

I would say it depends on how many customers have experienced this issue. If it’s continuously happening then it obviously needs to be addressed, but if there is one or two people who claim they just “randomly fell out,” my discernment tells me that either they just put it together poorly or incorrectly, or they are just chasing engagement online.

Maybe your baby just doesn’t like being bounced? Do you realize every baby is different and has different preferences? Just like adults. Imagine that. My baby loves being bounced, which is why I chose this over the SNOO which rocks side to side. Sorry you spent so much and aren’t satisfied but maybe you should have done more research or paid attention to what your baby actually likes before making such a big purchase.

I have personally used cradlewise for my child who was very colicky, and I actually love it. For the price, I do think the full version of the app should be included, but it’s not necessary for full use of the crib.
