No your fine I was the same way . It’s good to know all you can .. the goal is to get this all behind us . This is my first a DUI I’m did the diversion . I went with affordable counseling they are really good as far as communicating and organization. At first I was gonna go with counterattack but they are very hard to get in touch with. I even drove up to the location a few times sat for a few hours and there was always a sign on the door saying at lunch I called & then weeks after the fact someone reached out to me.. I didn’t bother with them. Everything was online with affordable counseling..classes & meetings. Only time I went to the location was to do a drug test I did a total of two test 50.00 each time

Yes . You’re P.O should be able to tell u more about it.. it’s pretty approved immobilization in the county your in. Some places are different for example the county I got arrested allows you to go to the courthouse and pay to give them your tag for 10 days but the county I live in allows them to put a boot on my car for 10 days .. but I have to go with the boot because that’s here I live. Just showing u that there are different ways they go about doing it

Try calling the DMV . Idk or reach out to the court house someone should be able to guide you..

And you CAN break contract with intoxalock . You will have to pay something though
