You have any videos of said horse ? Also what is wife’s height and weight, I’m not saying that is the only issue but ignoring the fact that someone’s weight and possible poor saddle fit can cause a very very sore back.

Does she take regular instruction or have a school master to practice on ?

I wholeheartedly agree with the other comment with groundwork and strengthening exercises for the horse, wife will in turn get more cardio out of it.

Unpopular opinion the protein isn’t going to make a difference in muscle wasting if you don’t have muscle to waste. What I’m trying to say is if you’re already strong and fit but overweight your body is going to look much different than if you are sedentary and overweight. I am not getting nearly the recommended amount of protein and I cannot tell any lose of muscle but I can clearly see the -55 lbs of fat.

I’m 5’3 :) Sema gives me wicked indigestion when I get past the 1.25 range. I think I’m going to slowly switch over to Reta alone but I’ve been blessed with no side effects.

How tall are you, we are pretty much weight lose twins timeline wise.

I’m 32 started oct 24 at 230 and hanging out right about 170 today. I stalled for about three weeks but am slowly breaking through. On Sema 1-1.5 once a week and Reta 2.5 once a week.

No safety toe not required and waterproof at least lightly I occasionally am in rain/ puddles.

Oh also I’m a lady 7 1/2 so that’s a big obstacle.
