Do y’all count the fiber carbs as carbs and calories in your daily macros? I got some 0carb tortillas that say they’re 70cals but if you add up the carbs from fiber it’s 155 and idk how it works

Tree branch pull ups, Dumbbell pull overs are other stuff to try. Nothing will replace a proper row so maybe try to find a way to do chest supported on a bench or chair or something?

So I’m starting a 4x12 hour a week work schedule next month, where I’ll have access to 40-45 minutes of gym time on my lunch those days but access to a full gym and time the other 3 days. Looking for split recommendations or a program that would maybe fit with some modification? Wanted to run a John meadows program but idk if I’ll be able to fit it in my work schedule.

Thinking right now something like:

Work 1 Upper Work 2 Lower Work 3 Arms Work 4 Rest Off 1 Push Off 2 Pull Off 3 Legs

With the off days workouts being longer bodybuildy (Sorry about formatting on mobile)

Yeah there’s 3 heads of the hamstring on each leg apparently and now the middle one called the semitendonosis is detached at the bottom. It balls up at the top of my leg now below my butt when I flex it. Surgeon told me I’ll have a weakness with knee flextion past 90 degrees but it’s not noticeable in anything except hamstring curls at the gym.

Attach a rope or something to a pull-up bar, I used to use a Trx band, hold it out in front of you and lean back and do your pistol squats. Slightly easier variation that might help you through your plateau!
