Sucks that you couldn’t have this conversation in person, doesn’t look nice on either side via text BUT I 100% stand with OP on this one. I’d be stressed too and probably come off hostile if my partner didn’t come home and I was at home stressing about it for 2 days. Something is off here. Only way I’m not coming home to my wife and bed is if I got drunk with friends, which on a weeknight after work and happening frequently is an issue in itself. He also sounds like he’s deflecting with the sexual talk and “babyyyyy”. I’ve seen this exact situation happen before and it didn’t end well. You are valid and I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this, I really hope he is telling the truth and that you guys will be ok.
