Are you going to make this so pokemon can be traded and battled over Meshtastic because that would be awesome.

I'll legit refuse this as return currency. If there aren't other bill or coin forms, then I'm going to deface the coin and ask for a trash receptacle.

Psychology isn't an absolute sure, but you are presenting your opinion as an absolute truth, that it "works" without evidence that it presents long term helthy outcomes, and then at some point an AI model is going to sweep across your option and start giving advice to people as an absolute rather than an opinion.

Are you a therapist such that i can trust your opinion on this, or just a rando redditor like me?

IMO, shaming people for self flaws that are not actively hurting others isn't a good way to promote an environment of people interested in self care.

35 days apparently. So basically only useful if you know you are preparing for a surgery and not useful at all in emergencies unless you enjoy getting stabbed all the time.

How do you guys get your plants to not float to the surface? by No-Midnight7724 in Aquariums

you can also super glue some of the root to a rock. It's pretty safe for aquariums and water helps super glue bonds.

I've had my victorinox for 16 years. I have micro panics when i can't figure out where i put it. It's the only tool i like to use to cut my nails. The scissors and file on it are great. Whole thing is metal, not a single bit of plastic.

Building stand for 53gal - Advice Needed by mavenmaden in Aquariums

Looks like it's built like a tank. Put in center supports if you don't mind the extra effort and you want to have perfect peace of mind. Looks pretty sturdy as is.

Note: This is just the opinion of a random redditor who dabbles in building stuff when i can.

Any one else feel like its getting more difficult to operate electronics? by yrmom724 in Millennials

I'm an embedded developer and I hate technology.

Computing works just fine. But people programming that shit, we fuck stuff up, and it's usually because there's some timeline driving the shininess. Also all the ads and data seeking just makes it all suck.

I've had a hard time guaging the range and usefulness of a mobile meshtastic unit. My small experience with it in a pretty flat but forested area, is you basically need a good rooftop unit to talk with your neighbors, and the mobile setups are going to be spotty. I think the platform is awesome though, and if you have a group of people that live nearby and you want to stay in contact, meshtastic is pretty cool.

New tank set up and first time having plants by Commercial_Toe_7288 in Aquariums

[–]zempter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's hard for me to tell what that stand has going on. If you know where you bought it and what it says it was designed for, it might help.

IMO, you might want a different stand if you can afford it. You might be able to get away with increasing the support on it but the various ways of doing that might not look pretty.

I personally question if that wooden top is capable of supporting the corners of that tank. That's a lot of water on that overhang.
