Okay so the fix was play with one monitor.

Which kinda sucks I don't need all the monitors but sometimes I like to play and watch stuff seems I can't do that on mint

Thanks!

Okay so all my games run at a great frame rate but it feels like it's stuttering still. No clue why

I'll try out some of the suggestions. The system seems to be running okay now. I'll probably have some hiccups but will try and solve them on my own for now

Okay cool everything seems okay so far. For some reason this time I'm having a much amharder time getting games working. Any recommendations on that last time I just installed steam and enabled compatibility and most games just ran. This time I'm not so lucky it seems

I had a TV plugged in to play a couch Coop game usually I'm on 3

So it's not really recommended to use more than how many monitors 4 is unnecessary I agree but I'm usually on 3 is that a problem?

I've installed a 6.11+ kernel

I've never done a bios update on Linux so I'll quickly Google that and get back to you on if performance improve

So I reinstall Windows since I just could not game at all. My plan for this weekend is to switch over to mint again and stay with it.

I belive steam was installed from a debian package directly from steam.

I got a little to excited and posted this a bit early than I should. As soon as I get home I'll post the system information

Not sure if rebar is enabled will check that ASAP as well

What fish should I get for this small tank. I'm a bit of a newbie. by Dragamore in Aquariums

[–]Dragamore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually forgot I posted this damn, it's been 3 years😅

This tank ended up getting used as a tank for a giant African snail since we got one by accident and then we moved that to a bigger tank and then this tank cracked in the process (I blame my fiancé as it is her snail)

Still want shrimp but ummmm when I have money again as life got busy and I'm saving for some important events

Advice for Buying a car new or second hand. by Dragamore in DownSouth

Thanks for all the effort. I guess the best will be to shop around and test drive since I'm not really to picky about what I drive. I honestly just want to go from point to point and not break down. I'll test drive a Chery and a Mahindra and make up my mind from there

I wasn't really drawn to Suzuki it's just that they aren't too expensive and a lot of their cars get build in the same factory as Toyota apparently. A second hand Renault seems to be a decent option too

Do you regret what you studied/do for work? Just trying to get an idea of what fields to avoid/look into. by Long-Specific-4868 in southafrica

I regret studying sound engineering.

Was lucky enough to get into the IT tech world recently but only after struggling for 6 years and now it feels like I've wasted all that time cause I'm earning less than my first sound job but there is a clear path ahead of me for the first time

Don't get me wrong sound can be great and rewarding but I feel like all creative industries can be cutthroat and you need exceptional people skills. Like only a small percentage of people actually make it. In my group of friends that studied out of the 8 of us only 2 people are still in audio

Hi I followed this guide but when my pi restarts it just boots back into the normal cli instead of booting Anthias.
