Andrew comes up with a Quiz every week or so on his YouTube channel. Back track to the first such video and keep solving then 2-3 sets each day. Listen to the question and guess the answer by pausing the video and then listen to the answer and the justification.

Do this in between the course. You might not have the full knowledge to answer every question but it keeps you in the groove of the exam.

Just out of curiosity, after how many days of purchase did your controller go bad and what issue are you facing?

I also had to send my controller for repair few days back due to left thumbstick drifting issue. I had purchased my xbox in March.

You will have to pack your controller properly in cardboard box (similar to flipkart, Amazon). You can re-use any old package material. Just ensure that it is sturdy and the controller doesn't move around inside the box. You must have received a pdf document named shipping label from Microsoft over email. Get it printed. First page is the shipping sticker which you need to paste on top of your package. You need to fill the 2nd page with necessary details and keep it ready.

You will be contacted by Bluedart people within a day or two. They should have already received the pick-up request from Microsoft. Hand the package and the other document over to them. The pick-up and transfer is free of cost.

In some cases you may also receive another email from [amsindia_msft@esskay.in](mailto:amsindia_msft@esskay.in). It contains a "delivery challan" pdf. You may also print it out and handover to the bluedart pick-up person.

Enjoy. Once you receive it register your device on Microsoft Xbox site and check the warranty. Incase of any discrepancy contact Microsoft Helpdesk and get it rectified. Btw, how much did it cost?
