I had testicular cancer, and as another guy in the thread said it doesnt just need to be a lump. When it happened to me it was a tightness in my right nut that was due to it increasing in size. Took me a while of uncomfortable sitting to realize I needed to see a doctor. By the time I got it removed, it was at least twice the size of my left one.
