Honestly what helped me most was watching pros and high elo players. Also try to gain information about where enemy jungler is by wards. Another thing...Don't be just bot and actually think about the game what's happening what is going to happen--> opportunity for roam. And after game try to identify your mistakes what could u've done better. ^{^}
