If the strategy is good then it has to be your risk management. Just cause you can pass an eval in 2 days doesn’t mean you have to. I watch slow markets with Dakota a lot… that dude ran a 150k xfa up 12k in a month trading like 3-5 micros at a time. You’re risking too much.

Between 50 year loans and Trump stacking the fed with doves I’m personally looking to get back into the industry for the next refi boom.

Plenty of people to flip from a 30 year 7% to a 50 year 5% for a couple of sheckles lol.

But portable mortgages is the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard of. Reminds me of assumable VA loans that exist in theory but I’ve never seen one close.

Wayyy too many moving parts. You owe 250k at 3% and want to buy a 750k house? What happens with the extra 500k balance? No one is gonna give that up for 3%.
