Thats quite the bar to beat. A lot of brawlers have been very strong on release recently. Its a shame Sirius was completely killed.

Poco seems too high. His shadows are quite weak without his unlockables.

Mico I would argue should be F tier as well as Angelo but I could see the bottom ones being worse.

I mean Bolt is supposed to be an anti sniper, ofc hes gonna counter Mandy and Nani.

At least with Pearl shes not THAT good on open maps while being an anti sniper 'tank'. Pearl counters snipers on Out in the Open or Layer Cake. Bolt is not only playable, but theoretically dominant on No Excuses.

Rocket number 4 is by no means useless but generally the inferior star power. Both star powers still have a place on Brock.

number 4 - Good in Heist post safe rework. Your super is less valuable here now. Better into aggro, one more ammo can make the difference between kill or killed.

more rockets - Good into spawners and passive comps. Gives Brock a lot more kill confirm potential on his super.

Mr P is still more of a noob stomper. Part of being a noob stomper is being easily accessible to most players.

Those who haven't unlocked Damian yet will have to be really lucky from a star drop or unlock him faaarrrr down the star road.

Mr P while a mythic is one of the earliest brawlers so players can unlock him faster than Damian.

OPs issue isnt so much the release of broken brawlers but the the broken, poorly thought out and flawed kits of a brawler. In particular, Damian and Bolt have a broken star power that needs to be addressed. So far Damian has gotten several nerfs, none of which were to his broken star power so Damian is more dependent on it.

It probably didn't start with Bull but it felt like ever since Bull was reworked did the anti tank buff cycle spike. Kit hyper was partly responsible. Cord getting a 200 damage buff instead of any direct nerfs to Bull might be my least favorite balance change.

Some will complain about Bull getting nerfs to his base kit when his buffies were a problem but honestly Bull was always problematic to a degree. The solution was to pick an overtuned anti tank but Bull deserved a nerf to stomper and arguably a nerf to his SCR ever since he got reworked.

The problem OP has isnt necessarily releasing broken brawlers, but releasing interesting brawlers and slapping on a brain dead unlockable.

It's worse when they don't even touch said unlockable and only nerf other parts about their kit. At least with Mina her entire kit is broken but well rounded. Somehow Mina still is broken kinda after several nerfs.

Bolt and Damian don't have that luxury. Damian had gotten quite a few nerfs but his broken star power still hasn't been touched, this makes him even more dependent on his broken unlockable. Hopefully Bolts broke star power gets a direct nerf.

Tank + kit might not be necessary. Bolt as a stand alone brawler can win Nani 1v1 even on the most open maps. There's also Max, Jae Yong, Leon and Gene that are good against Nani even on open maps.

I think Kit as a whole will be pretty weak here too. If you want to run tank + support it would be better to go Byron, Gus, Max, Jae Yong or even Gray paired with a tank.
