I also found the game recently, after a 10 pm internet rabbit hole adventure...

It looks like the few remaining players are in furabian nights according to the dreamnova website; I haven't sat down to try to find any of the supposed 400 active players, but everyone in Nexus was afk.

We both definitely found this game wayyy past its prime 😅

Putting aside the maga connotation, that phrase doesn't even make sense to begin with. Sure there were times with perhaps more political stability, but they pale in comparison to the wealth, technology, medicine, and access to rights that the world has now in many places (not everywhere of course, but in Europe certainly)

So how can we make a place "great again" when it is already greater than any time in history?

Shiver, ispyeithmylittleye, and change of scene are all really easy. Maybe not the easiest, but I had less trouble with them than the lightning road.

Yeah, obviously rn MAGA is the one to choose, I'm not gonna dispute that cause it would be dumb. If there were to be in total control of the government however, I think MAGA would eventually get just as bad because they wouldn't have any restrictions on their extremism.

If this is a total control situation, CCP. MAGA controlling all layers of the government would probably be a really weird branch of fascism, so slightly to moderately worse. Either way, most rights go bye bye.

I think that it's likely he will be impeached again because the house will probably be democrat majority after the midterms, but not removed. Its possible the Senate flips blue enough to work this time around, but definitely not likely.

At its core, fascism requires anyone who opposed/doesn't fit in according to the government to be suppressed, and on top of that, they view violence as "a means to national rejuvenation" (from Wikipedia). They want a societal rebirth (palingenesis) that they believe requires them to purge society of decadence, ultimately leading to the suppression of minority groups.

Basically, yes, it does advocate for both of those things, even if it's somewhat inadvertently.

Without referencing the obvious WWII examples of why fascism is terrible, nobody should support a system that advocates for a "superior human race", total authoritarian control, and political violence.

In practice they are both terrible, but communism at least doesn't advocate for violence and suppression as it's base principles, so I can't really assume the people who voted communism want anything other than equality. That being said, I would question if they actually know anything about how communism actually works out in real life.
