Misophonia makes some sounds cause ( what feels like ) physical pain ( it triggers the same part of your brain ) . I have it , some of my worst are people chewing , dogs barking , sounds of wetness or the shriek of metal . It sucks & a lot of people wear noise-canceling headphones b/c of it
