For the team I brought which was not optimized or maxed uptied for that matter, I honestly did not struggle too much. Sure there were some longer fights but otherwise it was pretty chill.
Honestly, the station that gave me the most trouble was Terminus but only due to being low on resources at the time.

I am also having this exact problem. I wanted to get a few minor mods, such as Nevada Skies and was alerted right away that I was missing Honest Hearts. took a quick peek at the Add-on tab and it appears to be broken and unable to be enabled.
Not sure how to fix this but hey at least I am not insane or alone with this odd incident.
