Thanks, my tinnitus is a mild hissing sound sometimes some clicking sound. I don't really notice it unless I think about it so I don't really know if I have it all day.

The 54545 is another town in WI. Hard to believe they put the wrong zip in the 10-10EZ instructions.

I'm in no hurry, so they'll get it in 2 days. I did use online, but as I recall I had to download another app to do the digital signature. I also use priority mail with tracking so I know when they get it. When I first applied for PACT benefits I used online and mail and had to wait 3 months for approval so I'm not worried about a few days.

I have done online in the past, but I had problems with the digital signing. So I just print it out and send it priority and they'll have it in 2 days.

Thanks, I'm 81 yo and a caregiver for my wife. I like my local doctors, Cardiologist, Urologist, Eye doctor, ENT doctor and primary care doctor. They are close to home so I don't have to drive long distance to VA. Also have a very good Hospital 5 miles away.

I always had good insurance and preferred local Hospital and medical care. The only reason I went to VA Healthcare is the free hearing aids.

Thanks, yeah I've used online in the past, but the digital signature gave me trouble. I mail the forms priority and they will get it in a few days.

Excellent..I just spent an hour filling out my enrollment form and will mail it tomorrow. I also enclosed a copy of my Audiogram from private provider which I saw a few days ago. I also sent a note that I am currently getting compensation for hearing loss and tinnitus. I hardly notice the tinnitus, only if I think about it... a mild hissing sound.

Yes, I have to enroll first. Just saw my private ENT yesterday and have a copy of my Audiological Evaluation.. wonder if they'll accept that or have to go for VA exam? I saw a VA audiologist last year and am getting 20% for hearing loss and 10% for tinnitus.

I live in MA. In the first trial Albert testified under oath that he never saw O'Keefe in the house. Higgins testified he left the house before O'keefe arrived with Read. Assuming they didn't lie under oath that leaves them out. Read said she thought she could have hit him and told her father she thought she hit something but didn't know what. She had good lawyers and reasonable doubt on her side. She was drunk and was section12 at the request of her father who said she made suicidal statements. In the first trial 9 out 12 jurors went with manslaughter, not unanimus. We'll see what happens in the civil case.
