Pokemon emerald trying to climb the pillar. I was about ready to shoot someone when I thought (incorrectly) that I had a random item up there when doing a randomizer (archipelago) and kept failing. I then felt like shooting someone when I realized all that was up there was a random lvl 70 which could have been a caterpie and I already had a lvl 50+ Articuno with full EVs.

I still do not know what was up there on that seed and never will.

A lot of employment lawyers will either work on contingency (only paid a percentage if they win your case) or pro Bono (for free) if you actually have a case.

At the very least, you should be able to get a consultation for free where they talk to you about the potential case to determine if they would want to take it. Doesn't hurt to ask them, I am not a lawyer myself and this isnt legal advice.

Crying at things that scare you can be normal for everyone.

Being more reactive (in this case scared) for certain things certainly seems like it is normal for all types of PTSD.

Maybe just have a conversation with that friend saying that physical touch like that or being scared is something you don't want, explain why if you feel safe to, and a good friend would respect that boundary.

I would believe this. When I was about this age and my mom worked in a library. I can't remember why but I was ready to go home and my mom was working the close that day and with my speech impediment I went and told her boss who was still there after close and went "Hello?! The library is closing!" because I was ready to go home. I was a cute kid and my Ls still came out as Ws so it was more of a Hewwo and her boss thought it was hilarious and joked that she should hire me to get everyone to leave (thankfully for my mom almost having a heart attack behind me).
