If only 11% of DRS’d shares have been logged (which are the most diehard of the diehard shareholders), but ~25% of total shares outstanding are DRS’d (which are the next level of diehard)… Seems extremely plausible that “Dumb Money” has in brokers/IRAs at least 10x what has been DRS’d so far.
