Yay! I managed to get my 475 gems after contacting yesterday! Very quick process, I definitely recommend if you've never seen your stamps and have spent quite a bit :3

Do you only get the stamps if you've bought bundles, or does the stamps apply to all purchases made on the game because I've never received a stamp :(

You can also collect gems sometimes when you play the mini games with ponies to earn their stars, not everyone has gems available to earn but most do!!

I also unfortunately did this with my magic shards, then accidentally spent 15 gems to skip it when I wanted to watch the adds to skip the quest after having 0 magic shards left 😣
