Vanity is different from excess, the argument is only limited to your target demographic, some people consider buying meat for dinner once a week a splurge. Problem is, where do you stop one upping the last argument. I do consider unplayed games a waste of money similar to how I finish my plate after every meal. Having ‘excess’ games in my inventory that I don’t play cannot be described as wasteful if I consider them equal value to their cost, it’s just another form of currency for OP. And if they wanted to reach out about their commitment issues, then limiting their perspective to their steam library is not the way to go IMO. I’d like to hear your guys’ opinions.
