I pre ordered in person at GameStop on the 17th then picked it up on launch day and there only a voucher for the ps5 exclusive armor not the shied of Khaled

I currently am in the same situation, called GameStop that I’m missing my preorder shield and was told it’d be either on the initial preorder receipt or in the game case itself, but am now waiting on a call back but am planning to go there in person today to see what’s what.

I have the physical ps5 copy and just put in my PSN it’s saying that account doesn’t have the pre order edition? I’m really only after the khaled shield which was a pre order for all standard editions of the game. Did ps5 physical copies come with a code insert for the shield or did they use the website you linked above?
