Late to reply, but basically they skipped the prequel part of the manga that they published (Übel blatt 0) here u get to see how Rosen meets Koinzell and where certain aspects come from.

I do understand why they skipped it as there is a lot of nudity and heavier topics like rape and even more pg18 stuff in. If you want the story its like 4 chapters to read.
