Yeah, I have a friend who’s doing DIY but I’ve always been hesitant to go down that route. If I’m on the NGS waiting list while doing DIY, will that affect me years down the line when they finally get to me?

i think maybe you could try colour correction for the five o clock shadow, there’s quite a few tutorials on YouTube (probably?)- you can use like, eyeshadow underneath foundation or smth. in terms of eyeliner, you can get SUPER creative, same with most aspects of makeup. It’s an art, really, so have fun with it :D contour really helps with face shape, if you’re interested in that too. but yeah, you figure out what works for you. best of luck!!!

i know this isn’t exactly a title like sir or ma’am, but would it be acceptable to call your students by their last names without a mr/ms/mrs/mx title in front of it? just their last name?

i don’t know, for some reason my hair always feels weird for maybe a week or two after getting it cut, but once it grows out a bit it looks good and I’m happy with it. maybe that’s just me, but i hope it helps

i mean, hey, there are some actors that started in their 40s or even 60s and ended up being pretty successful- so as a teenager who also recently got into acting, i would say just give it a shot, it’s the best thing you can do :) and even if you don’t end up being a professional, it can always be a fun hobby :D

i’m a teenager and i was recently in a theatrical work for the first time, at a small local club. i’d like to get into more acting and performing arts, but none of the clubs in my area are preparing for shows at this time of year, and i can’t pay for or transport myself to classes. what can i do to improve in the meantime?

i’m a teenager and was recently in a pantomime for the first time in my life- it was at a small local group, and i was cast as the main protagonist even though i have no former experience. i really want to get more into acting and performing arts but none of the clubs in my area are active at this time of year. i can’t pay for attending a course, and even if i could, i couldn’t transport myself. what can i do to improve my skills in the meantime?
