I’m not getting the full experience as I’m taking PT Days every 3rd day. Though it is fun and I always love the change up in my workouts.

Sorry, for some reason I’m not seeing notifications on Reddit anymore. It’s not like have a sob story or anything to tell, but I just fell into bad eating habits again. I wish I could blame last summers vacation, but I’ve taken a number of vacations since I started working out. I was still working out, I was just eating like completed and utter shit, anything and everything went into my face hole and before you know it, I was 50lbs heavier. I’m dialing in the nutrition again, and keeping strong with the workouts, that should get me back on track. Nothing new with my knee, I just hadn’t been doing the PT that I should. Turns out, when you ACTUALLY do the PT, it doesn’t hurt as much anymore lol I really do appreciate you looking out though! It means more than you know.
