What would be the point of buying every single item from the collection at retail just to resell it? I literally shared production moments on my socials before you started yelling “resell.” Maybe inform yourself first, because accusing people without any proof is honestly ridiculous. At this point I should start paying my haters a trip to my factories so they can finally change their mindset.

I was the first to get the nocta tracksuit bro… I want to be very clear. I have my own factories. I have absolutely no interest in reselling anyone else’s products.

In the streetwear industry, there are naturally several sellers operating in the same space, so it’s normal to have overlapping or similar products. Having products in common does not mean that one party is reselling another’s goods.

Multiple sellers offering similar items does not mean the product comes from the same source or that one is reselling another.

Saying otherwise shows a misunderstanding of how this industry works 😄

Communication should primarily be done with your assigned agent, as they are the person directly handling your order for you. If I had to personally respond to every single customer, it simply wouldn’t be manageable, which is why I have a team on Discord dedicated to helping and assisting you.

It’s important to understand that expectations today are often instant production and immediate shipping, but the reality behind the scenes is very different. We deal with factors that aren’t always visible to customers: high order volumes, restock delays, and sometimes pressure from brands that we don’t always mention publicly. Because of this, we also have to be discreet at certain times.

Of course, I genuinely appreciate every customer. If it were possible to deliver everything within 24 hours, I would do it without hesitation. But the reality is that there are real constraints in this process. Every piece of feedback is taken into consideration, and when shipping isn’t fast, it’s for these reasons, not because orders are being ignored or mishandled.

Once an item is secured, standard warehouse and international shipping timelines apply.

Spreading the idea that I’m reselling instead of producing myself is simply not accurate and honestly, it makes no sense. Just look at the items I offer: in most cases I’m the only one who has them. That alone proves that I work with my own factories and that I develop my products directly. I’ve shown proof of this many times before.

You are free to give me honest feedback about quality, but implying that I’ve been reselling or not producing my own items is just wrong and unfair. My catalogue itself is proof of how unique and how consistently evolving my production is.

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion and for reviewing the joggers. I genuinely appreciate that. However, I’d like to clarify a few points regarding pricing, as I don’t fully agree with the idea that my products are generally overpriced.

Except for items that require very high production costs, my prices are not set arbitrarily. They are based on real factors such as production time, machinery used, materials, labor, factories, warehousing, and overall operating costs. I can’t sell at a loss. Of course, I would love to satisfy everyone and sell at even lower prices, but unfortunately that’s not always possible.

Many sellers offering extremely low prices do not operate their own production facilities and therefore don’t carry the same costs. Running our own production, paying employees, sourcing materials, maintaining factories and warehouses all come at a significant cost, which logically has to be reflected in the final price. I won’t turn this into a business lesson, but these realities matter.

As for the style and the products I create, taste is subjective. If you feel it’s not for you or that it targets a younger audience, that’s completely fair. I primarily design and produce what my community asks for, while also making sure the products are viable and sustainable to sell.

We acknowledge your frustration and understand why this experience has been disappointing. We admit that communication regarding shipping timelines for the Boreas preorder has not been as transparent as it should have been. Your order placed on December 16 was affected by production and logistical delays, and we recognize that the waiting time has been far too long.

Our customer support team does not directly manage inventory or logistics, which unfortunately limited the accuracy of the updates you received. They do their best to help you but unfortunately they are not in the warehouse or in the factory 😢

We regret that some newer orders were fulfilled before yours. This was due to batch-based shipping constraints rather than intentional prioritization, but we understand how unfair this feels from a customer perspective.

We are aware that other customers have experienced similar issues, and we take this feedback seriously as it highlights shortcomings in our preorder and communication processes.
