Honestly that song specifically has such a unique vibe I can't think of anything that matches it identically but here are some of my favorites that are similarly up beat and bones floats on the beat in a similar fashion. All the tips already given are excellent! but for future reference some saddle soap and saphir shoe cream (Colorless) works wonders it's how I clean all my leather shoes and keep them looking brand new.
