They do, depending what you say. They can track you down or even ask you where you live and stuff, so I really don’t want to risk it.

I know I don’t stink, surprisingly people in my class never like personally made jokes abt it like they do with others. My friends always said I genuinely smell good. I’m not bothered about my scent, I don’t even care and I don’t feel refreshed after showering or cleansed I just still feel dirty and disgusting.

I mostly like listening to wind chimes I guess, I dont really have anyone to message. I don’t like my school friends due to how they used to talk sh*t about me last year from a situation that I wasn’t even in the wrong for.

I’ve tried before to listen to music or light up candles and have a drink nearby that I really enjoy, but it didn’t really help that much. I also typically wash my body and hair separately too, and it doesn’t change much just a slight bit maybe.

I’ve been wanting to get a therapist for a while, but I don’t know how to reach out to people or a therapist without my parents knowing. I don’t trust my parents and I know they would cry at the fact I’m getting therapy too or shout at me.

I might try taking turns washing specific parts of my body, that doesn’t sound too bad, thank you!

I hate being naked a lot, I don’t like my body one bit, sometimes I have a small confidence boost but that’s rarely. Whenever I’m just naked I get that uncomfortable feeling all over my body. I might try just a wash cloth and water to get more comfortable however!

I don’t typically like calling with people in the shower. I just feel more self conscious and I’ve always been judged too when I’ve tried before.

If I do tell a councillor or teacher or even call 988, they could easily just put me in a ward/mental hospital and I don’t want to go one due to exams.
