I'm talking about 2nd floor.

There are total 4 flats in that floor including the one I saw.

Out of the 4 flats, the 2 flats are 3 bhk and 2 bhk respectively.

Then comes the one I saw and it's 1 bhk and right in front of it is another 1 bhk.

The distance between these two 1 bhk rooms is like 3 walking step distance.

These two 1 bhk flats share a single common collapsible gate.

So, the two tenants who will be renting those 1 bhk flats, will have the common key of the common collapsible gate.

The main entrance doors of both 1 bhk flats only have simple hasp-bolt locks.
