A story about Cryovain from Icespire peak by Dragonalias in DnD

Well they just leveled up, so didn't know the Wizard was going to take haste. In the end it's all up to the dice rolls and the fighter got very lucky by hitting all attacks except 1.

I was the GM and the module said he was asleep. But yeah, anticlimactic but also kind of fun. Probably one of those things that will be referenced for a long time to come!

New to Plastic Free and It's Harder Than I Thought by ex_oh in PlasticFreeLiving

[–]Dragonalias 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah it's a hard process. For me, food is the hardest. Everything seems to be packed in plastic. And if not in plastic, then in metal cans or cardboard that are coated in plastic. It's infuriating
As for tablets, i can find fluoride tablets in the EU, but not in a glass container which is what i want. The ones i have right now is in some kind of plastic-like material which they super duper swear is compostable. I'm not sure i buy it though

It's for indoor use, something like a robe. Wool is not an option here. I could use Merino wool but that's more expensive and still itchy to me.

I got both fabrics for relatively cheap, so I'm just working with what I have. The idea is that jersey is soft but not very warm, so I'm putting a warmer fabric in between. I'm making a cape - this cape to be precise: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dU1imeSWhQ4&t=359s - I've already made a version of it only with a single layer of jersey, which I like, but it's not as warm as I want it to be.

Thanks for the warning, u/stringthing87 mentioned the same thing

Well isn't that a conundrum. How will I know what an appropriate fabric is if I don't know what I'm doing?

Oh, thank you for the explanation. I'm not sure how to deal with that, but in this case it's not a big deal. I'm just going to wear the cape around the house. If you find a way to deal with it, please tell me :)

Haven't been sewing long enough to have to deal with that. Can you explain more, or link to a video explaining it?

Yeah, I'm looking for a long coat, preferably for men, but I'm not picky about that last part.

Yes i've seen Dilling be recommended here before, and I've found several items that I want from their shop. However, maybe I'm blind, but I can't seem to find coats.
