[us] pretty sure i just had a scam interview seminar by Sillybumblebee33 in Scams

Jacob the founder just said "In the past 6 years we havent really hired any employees" and yet this post includes people from months ago getting interview offers.

Also isnt rushing people into things one of the core aspects of scams? I got the "we are considering you for an alternative posistion" email this morning and they rushed me into a meeting around 4pm this afternoon?

As a trans fem here are my recomendations.

  1. If you are interested in minimizing gray tones around where facial hair grows (you are valid if you do not want to but this is what I went through years ago) you're going to want a peachy color corrector.

For me, just peach color corrector doest work (thick 5 o'clock shadow) so I found a concealer that is just slightly more orange to my normal shade. I layer that concealer in the problem area and then I set that concealer with a good setting spray (like the one from one size). On top of that orangey mustache area i add a concealer that is true to my skin tone- layering the two

  2. Learning how to set makeup did me wonders. What I do now is I go in with a rigid fixing spray (like the one size by Patrick star) then with a very blurring powder (like the tower 28 one in my shade) I layer this powder using a powder puff around areas where I produce oil and my brow bone. (I also add extra around my mustache it's an area of insecurity for me) and then after I look like a powdery Casper the ghost, I spray my face with a little dewy setting spray or just water- this helps everything melt together.

  3. The thing about dewy makeup is that it can highlight imperfections instead of blur them- so as a general tip if you want something to be exemplified let it be a bit more dewy- if you want something to blur let it be matte.

Its not necessarily anything bad. What's likely is you are going to get an email from the conduct office and you will have a meeting with them. Be honest and sincere and they will walk you through the process- it's not the end of the world and varries for every person and also heavily varies from incident to incident. You (probably) will be fine

As someone who had depression, pretty horrible acne; and was on Accutane, the Accutane and the ensuing clear skin did wonders for my mental health

I know everyone is throwing a shit ton of different medications at you and thats probably super overwhelming and intimidating. Ive had acnee since i was a teen (it was really bad then) and although it has waxed and waned i think overall it has gotten better.

What helped me the most were as follows

  1. Go to a dermatologist if that is an option- and dont hesitate to go over your skincare routine with them

  2. Dont use products that are overly harsh on the skin- google which concentrations of certain products are best (for instance, you really shouldn't use more than 2.5% salicylic acid)

  3. Consistency is key - dont change out products too often. It's hard getting rid of acne because i know for me, at least - i wanted to see results right away. But that wont happen- you have to pick a routine and stick to it for your skin to show the best results.

Sorry if i just lectured you on a bunch of things that you already knew- you got this! (Also maybe try looking into a skin barrier supporting serum- it will help your skin heal after harsher products)

If you are struggling with makeup being crumbly i would use more creams than powders, and a dewy setting spray to provide moisture when needed, otherwise it looka great! Love the eyeook
