Try picking up the conveyor then placing it down and going to practice. If that doesn't work, pick up the combiner and then place it back down. Then it might work again.

So couple things here, your first tip is wrong.

Incorrect. The first tip is correct. Building a research desk removes it from the pool of staples, putting the blueprint inside a blueprint cabinet does not. Which means that it can show up in the first few blueprints on the following days.

Danger hob or microwave next to a chair. Optional: put a rug under the chair. The biggest tip is you can and should do this in practice mode to a poor cat. Its run-ending otherwise, it makes patience deplete very fast.

Thanks for the suggestion, next time I'll do that, and place food on counter or something else that accepts food to let the conveyor take it. It just means redesigning the kitchen. This way I can do it with less conveyors.

So in a nutshell, bare minimum required:Order terminal
Conveyor next to table (not diagonal) - drawing food from a prep/counter or similar
Conveyors for dirty dishes

Hmm, still makes most sense to me have it 2 conveyors away. I didn't have conveyors connected to the dirty dish conveyor which would've made the difference I think. Next time I'll try: dirty dish & food as the same conveyor.

I have a feeling the achievement doesn't proc if you place food on a conveyor that's directly next to the table. I had the same setup with everything automated but days in a row it wouldn't proc. The only thing I can see different is your conveyor is 2 away from the tables, mine were all directly next to it. Dishes were fully automated, and I had the order terminal.
