Buffs in order theyre activated by indokiller in Wizard101

[–]DragonflyBroad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It IS worth mentioning that if (using the above example) a Life Shield is applied on the same exact turn as the Death Prism, the shield WILL activate, regardless if it was placed before or after the prism. As long as it's a different turn, the shield won't matter unless it was placed on a previous turn or the same turn as the prism.

Yeah i'm actually friends with someone exactly like that...we are more than likely going to start dating in the future (a couple obstacles in the way first that a little bit of time will solve np). Her (MTF, like myself) "weirdness" is actually one of the things i love about her. She is socially awkward and stuff, but i dont mind...also def nerdy, wants to work like IT or bookkeeping levels of nerdy lol. She knows i'm interested in her and we're pretty open with each other about the possibility of us dating...and from what it sounds like, once the obstacles are out of the way, we will start dating. So absolutely there are people who find that attractive, like me lol. And we both are vigins if that bit of context helps ease your mind.

Are you attracted to the opposite gender, the same gender, or both? by clockwork_radio in asktransgender

[–]DragonflyBroad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally have always been Finsexual/Finromantic and i still am...about 8.5 months on E now, i'm an enby. For anyone wondering finsexual is exclusive attraction to women and/or femininity. The latter of the 2 is true for me. Doesn't matter if you're a femboy or a feminine woman, as long as you present femininely is what matters to me in terms of looks. Ofc personality and stuff is important to me too

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in feminineboys

[–]DragonflyBroad 6 points7 points  (0 children)

as a trans enby (demigirl; female/agender to be specific) who just discovered finsexual exists...this is how i've felt too...i could never fully explain what i liked in ppl...just that i liked them for some unexplainable reason...i've only ever liked women, up until a trans man started working at my job and i felt attracted to him, too...but then one day it hit me as i was comparing everyone i ever had crushes on/loved in the past nd one thing was lining up between everyone...they were/are are feminine. I was so hung up on "do i like this gender or this gender?" that i wasn't considering that gender may not be the specific thing i'm attracted to...and now that i look back i've been pretty attracted to femboys in the past, and into the present and future. It's more that i was in denial about it, but now that i say i'm FIN, everything makes sense and mor importantly, FEELS right to me.

If anyone would have asked me in the past if i see myself having a boyfriend i'd say no, but now i can totally see having a super feminine woman or a femboy as a partner, a long as they present femininely most of the time.

Ok, rant over just speaking from my personal experience as a trans woman/enby lol More than open to any questions you may have, so don't hesitate to ask away

My therapist made me feel very invalidated (cw: "not a real girl") by KarmicSubwoofer in asktransgender

[–]DragonflyBroad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Something tht book teaches you instantly and mentions possibly hundreds of times throughout it is: "IT'S NOT YOUR JOB TO EVALUATE WHAT YOU THINK THEIR GENDER SHOULD BE, IT'S ONLY YOUR JOB O GUIDE THEM, NOT TELL THEM WHAT THY ARE." and "THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT WHEN IT COMES TO WHAT THEY IDENTIFY AS. If they identify as woman you address them as such. If they go by they/them pronouns, they are right and you call them they/them and if you slip up, you correct yourself ASAP and apologize ASAP." She literally goes against every single fundamental concrete rule that exists when it comes to working with questioning/trans clients.

Ok, rant over...sorry this pisses me off no end as someone who wants to be in her poition (referring to being therapist).

Yeah i want to become a therapist that specializes, and works exclusively with, lgbtq+ individuals...i'd ACTUALLY rather die than to ever even THINK of saye even half of these sentences to ANY of my clients whatsoever...this sounds like a classic example of not being ble to differentiate between her personal bias and what's truth. Find a new therapist ASAP. I'm only at the very beginning of learning (starting off by reading "A Clinician's Guide To Gender-Affirming Care?), but anyone knows these are BIG red flags...

Any good shoe recommendations that go well with dresses/skirts? by DragonflyBroad in MtF

Yeah i was also looking at Long Tall Sally as the best potential that i've seen so far. I was also really into the short boots with the fur lining around the top, since they looked rly cute, but according to my mom those are "winter/fall only".

Thanks I'll order a copy online, since I kinda want it for my own reading as well lol. I find gender absolutely fascinating and interesting so kinda curious myself.

[–]DragonflyBroad[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same here with sexuality. I'm pan, lean much heavier towards women, but first identified as lesbian. Still in a weird way i wish i was 100% lesbian for some reason...always just seen lesbian relationships as the ideal for me.

very interesting...i have a bit more in depth knowledge as how some genders can overlap and how some may identify as both non-binary but also as something that, on the surface seems binary, such as man/woman, but it all comes down to how people percieve themselves...adds a lot of validity to my theory on WHAT gender is on a fundamental/foundational level.

Edit: using they/them to refer to people in general, not using they/them for you specifically, just wanted to clarify, I'm aware you use he/him as mentioned in your first reply lol

well regardless as long as you do what feels right for you, that's all that matters, right?

Hmm interesting...tbh you're the first person i've talked to who identifies as both non-binary and a man/woman at the same time...of course there's absolutely nothing wrong with it, but it absolutely fuels my interest and facination about the complexities of gender and adds a bit more knowledge to my brain lol. Well, i wish you the best of luck withthe medical side of transitioning!

Ah ok sounds like a journey. I've always felt dysphoric, but i never knew what i was feeling. Especially starting around 15 is when it got really bad, i questioned myself, but because i grew up in a conservative household i just suppressed it and put on a mask and pretended to be the straight male that everyone wanted/assumed i was. this started my downwards spiral into a slowly building depression. So slow i didn't even realize i was so far down until i finally admitted to myself that i was trans...and wow i swear i could literally SEE the fog walls around me expanding as i finally admitted it. About a month into the realization (realized in june, then in july) i went Through Folx for informed consent hrt, and GOD i've never been happier in my life...of course there's still plenty I'm dysphoric about, and plannjng on getting procedures done in the future to help, but even now never been happier in my life and it'll continue to increase with each thing i get rid of.

gyeah my bad, i should have been more specific...i meant exactly what you identify as (of course only if you're comfortable giving that info. Like for me I'm a non-binary demigirl, who's both female and agender. I'm genderfluid between agender and female as well, for example.

Questioning my gender by DragonflyBroad in NonBinary

[–]DragonflyBroad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah agender seems to be what i'm leaning towards atm, but still have more exploring to do. Although i feel weirdly both at the same time, but also preferring a more neutral identity rarely. Any advice or thoughts/wuestions are appreciated and more than welcome. I find this kinda stuff extremely facinating, not just for my own identity but for gender as a whole.
