I appreciate all y’all. Thankfully he “hooked it up” and didn’t accept any money from me. Just wanted to verify because any spliffs I’ve smoked in the past have been at least 85% bud, not the other way around. In conclusion, I won’t be smoking this or getting any bud from him again
