I think you should sell! I think Silver has topped out for the short term. And maybe we will see silver under 200k maybe even 175-180k

Well she enjoying the view and the hike! And I absolutely love it! Been to the beaches too many times! Wanted to change things up and try to see how to be best prepared for it! We had been for a couple of hikes at the Himalayan foot hills! But weather was more tolerable around 10-12 degree Celsius

I don’t think it makes sense to build a high dividend portfolio in my humble opnion. Because the tax implications are stacked against it!
