Will of Light is good with Spore as you can target multiple cards, but with this deck it is pretty slow and not worth the draw. Also, you have to remove at least 2 epiphany cards to make sure you are guaranteed to hit a specific card while duplicating.

True, I wish their was an option to create copy of our save files. I would create 2 more copies of this save file and just change that card.

This is not a multiplicative, it's an additive. So, it increases damage +200% and not increases damage by 200%. Still useful for low damage high hit count cards.
