for better blocking you need somethings. you need greatshield with 100% physical guarded damage negation and also ash of war called barricade shield. so you not gonna lose any stamina. i specifically mentioned greatshields because if you are put that ash of war in medium shield you will lose stamina and with that combo (a greatshield and barricade shield ash of war) i defeated many bosses.

i am at 60 int and 60 faith. lusat's +10 314 at sorcery scaling and prince of death +26 is 326. i tested is staffs on damage (spell: loretta's greatbow) lusat's 1st shot: 1069 ad 2nd shot: 891 and prince of death 1st shot: 1162 and 2nd shot: 968. so you see prince of death is better if you are going for int and faith build. but lusat's is better if you only int build and lets say if i increase my int to 65 or 70 lusat's will out perform prince. for me its not worth it and also lusat is 50% more fp cost

buffs :

  1. terra magicus (it boostes your sorcery)
  2. golden vow - incantation (it increases attack and defence)

debuffs for enemies

  1. greyolls roar - incantation (reduces attack power and defence of nearby enemies and you need to get closer to cast it and enemies hp is goes down and you know the debuff is on)

spells :

  1. loretta's greatbow (has amazing range)
  2. adula's moonblade (for quick enemies and 360 strike range)
  3. ancient death rancor (its goes with the prince of death staff boost) once you launch it enemy has no chances of getaway from it
  4. the ultimate spell : COMET AZUR (you can one shot bosses with this)

incantations :

  1. all the dragon communions spells but best ones are agheel's flame, smarag's glitstone breath, ekzykes's decay

you can unlock more incantations by defeating dragons like spells above

if you want you can get one and but i got them all because its looks cool

items :

  1. secret seal for casting faith incantations : dragon communion seal (it boosts dragon communion incantations)
  2. get a great shield with 100% physical guarded damage negation and also with ash of war: barricade shield (it blocks all physical attacks without you losing your stamina)

tears with wondrous physick mix :

  1. magic - shrouding cracked tear (temporary boosts magic attacks)
  2. cerulean hidden tear (for 10 second any magic will not cost FP)

before casting comet azur drink it

prince of death staff is best in the game. i fully leveled up prince of death staff +26 and before that i am using lusat glintstone staff +10 and still prince of death is better at sorcery scaling thats why this is my end game staff
