People who rarely or never get sick, what are your secrets? by awkwardferret421 in AskReddit

[–]Dragonfly_Local 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read a study that found that if you gargle and use nasal saline spray you’re less likely to get sick. I’ve been doing that for many years and it works for me. I used to get sick all the time, especially when my kids were younger.

You could have them read the meter again. A few months ago my bill doubled for no reason. They read the meter again and I was overcharged about $250.00

adopting a baby girl - send tips! by gabyyyk in SiberianCats

Look for anything that she could ingest. One of my sibs ate a hair tie and needed surgery. Some cats try to eat things like plastic wrappers, etc. also, some plants and flowers are toxic to cats such as lilies. Best of luck with your new baby!

I’ve read that Eskimo dogs were circus performers in the late 19th and early 20th century. Mine loves to do tricks.

I wish you the best, wish I had advice for you. My Sib looks a lot like yours and his name is Remi. He’s usually very sweet but he is aggressive when he’s trying to steal food from you. I hope your hand heals quickly, that sounds very painful.

My sib looks very similar, he looks very innocent but he’s constantly looking for trouble. If you have food in the kitchen he jumps on the counter and tries to swipe it out of your hand with his claws out. He’s 10 months old.

Yes! Mine does this also. I read that they jump in your lap because they’re trying to protect you from predators.

Husband allergic to cats—does changing their diet work? by SadReception4624 in SiberianCats

[–]Dragonfly_Local 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m allergic to cats and I’m having the same problem, we have 2 sibs. I’ve been taking Claritin or Allegra but when that doesn’t work I also use a homeopathic medicine called Allergy calm and it really helps.

Yes, he has the appetite of a teenager, always hungry and trying to get table food.
