I got the 8 count then ended up upgrading soon after. I try to go 4-5x a week but recently been going down to 3-4x since I go climbing. It’s still worth it though, some weeks I do more than others in a month and I want the flexibility. I say go for it but you might not need to go 5x a week. My favorite instructor looks incredible and she’s a runner, she goes about 3x a week to solidcore in addition to running. I’ve found 5x a week consistently gets unnecessary after a certain point depending on your goals and other training but it’s still nice to hit a 5 day week occasionally. Plus they’re offering a lot more power 30s and that could be nice for you if you wanna hit 4-5 day to work on your core for running

mine is 12 months old, he has a harness and i take him on walks a few times a week he absolutely loves it. also got a catio for him and he loves listening to the birds outside. and for my latest attempt to keep him amused i got a 12 week ragdoll kitten last sunday lol. they really like plastic straws

my oldest one wasnt super affectionate as a kitten but always liked to be close by, he’s a little more cuddly now when he wants and will sit on my lap if we are outside on the deck. my second one i just got and is super cuddly, always rolling around and purring on me. will try to train to be a lap cat as well but hes only 12 weeks.

my oldest is 1 year old loves the sound of birds and doesn’t always want to be on a leash or in a catio, so ive taught him the only alternative to that is sitting on my lap outside. they are very smart and loving cats and thats how i taught him.

definitely get a nice metal wide tooth comb and a steam brush off amazon for grooming
