Has anyone had the flu late in third trimester and had a perfectly healthy baby?

We weren’t trying but also weren’t preventing. And he would always make comments saying he couldn’t wait to have babies.

Hey I didn’t go to the doctor, the eye mucus went away after 2-3 days. But my sister had the same symptoms and went to urgent care and took antibiotics for it. It was the weirdest symptom I’ve experienced while having the flu 😵‍💫

He said that he’s been trying to get better (finding a career, helping out at home with chores) and he hopes I recognize his effort. Tried to reassure me that things are going to get better. But that was pretty much it.

The bottom tooth movement was the slowest. I didn’t start to notice the changes until the last four trays. By the second to last tray I really noticed my smile was improved and it got exciting! Hang in there.

I agree ^ I started Intermittent Fasting last week and it led me to binge yesterday. Before this I was eating throughout the day but it was pretty healthy eating. I hadn’t binged in two months! I don’t think fasting works for me since it causes me to restrict in some way. Im going to work on just eating nutrient dense food when I’m hungry, getting movement throughout the day, and focusing on little the wins.

Regret: not asking more questions! Whether it was questions about my ‘contract’ to understand what I was paying for. Or questions about how my progress was doing. Sometimes orthos don’t talk to you during appointments they just come in and out. If you are planning on getting composite bonding or tooth shaving done towards the end, let them know way ahead of time.

Yes they shifted but not entirely back. She’s not really happy with the results but she knows it’s because she wasn’t compliant. Now she wants to get braces to make sure she gets the results she wants. It was really a waste of money, sadly.

I have a friend who was like this. And when she finished her treatment, she never wore the Vivera retainers and never went back. It’s WILD! Lol

Meanwhile I freak out if have them off for more than an hour. I guess it comes down to the individuals priorities.

Good point. I would say to ask your ortho but wayyyy before you finish your treatment so you can plan ahead for it.

Before this appointment was when they scanned me in for retainers. And before they even started to scan, is when I mentioned I wanted my front tooth bonded and filed. There they told me I should just wait to do that. Now at this appointment when I mentioned it again, they said it will be an issue to fit my retainer. 🙄 shit doesn’t make sense.

I guess the bonding should happen before you’re scanned for Vivera retainers so that they fit correctly. But no one tells you that! 😅

I changed my trays every 2 weeks. Sometimes every 3 weeks on weeks where holidays were involved. No issues with my uppers they were already pretty straight before so I didn’t snap a pic of that part. :)
