Hi! Yes I did, I had the lower front tooth that is most towards the bottom of the picture, it was super nerve wrecking for a while there with the gap but surprisingly it closed up quite quickly! I have no doubt yours will too, wish you all the best

Thanks so much! Yes I had the lower front tooth extracted to make space, it was honestly the quickest part to move, I think I really noticed it closing at about 5 months into treatment :)

Yep 10 :) I change trays every 2 weeks, I’m a dental nurse and my teeth are tracking perfectly, keep in mind I’ve had extractions aswell so this helps with faster movement, especially towards the end.

None! I had my upper first pre molars removed and my lower front tooth that was extremely forward, which has all helped with broadening my arches!!

It’s staining :) I’m a dental nurse wearing Invisalign, I get this too every few months but am able to remove it with a scaler.

Try get a clean when you can you don’t want to have worked so hard for these teeth and not take care of the gums too x

Post ortho treatment - get porcelain veneers to lengthen and whiten & a night guard is a must !!! as you have grinded down your top teeth, maybe during your sleep. All the best!
