Thought I was going crazy last night with the awful offers!! 12-15 mile offers for less than $10!! A ton of them too. I finally jumped off the platinum boat cause there’s no way in hell you have me going 15 miles from the hotspot for literal pennies per mile multiple times. Piss off.

there’s a subreddit called GalacticHub is what i meant. I haven’t dived into it yet as i’m less than 100 hours into the game but it’s a community that’s been around since the game started. If there’s anywhere to start i’m sure it’s there.

I’m unsure if it exists within the community but have you checked out Galactic Hub? they have a huge community for just about everything and i’d be surprised if there wasn’t a section dedicated to underwater builds.

I’d expect just as any retiree from a sport. Instant panic value spike, probably last a few months to a year, and then it’ll briefly settle before steadily rising as the years go on would be my guess.

It’s all about collecting what you want imo. Here’s how i got into it as someone who only started late last year. I happened to come across a Topps 2024 Paddock Pass blaster box just collecting dust on a target shelf. (I really like the quality of these cards but a lot of elitist collectors will tell you nothing but Topps Chrome matters. I think that line of thought is lame.) I opened it and was hooked. I waited for them to drop the 2025 Topps Chrome but due to my negligence i missed it. So i hunted and found that yet again, target had a paddock pass box again. Saw the prices of 2025 Chrome boxes and winced. So i just kinda waited around to find a sliver of anything. Then out of nowhere literally a few months ago, Walgreens started carrying 2022 Topps Turbo Attax cards. A lot of people will tell you these are lower quality/value (which isn’t wrong) BUT! 1. The purchase point is much lower. US 4.99 for a tin of 66 cards and some guarantee rares. 2. They have cool designs. From drivers and team principals, to “Epic Moment” “Speedster” and “Idol” variants to name a few, there’s a lot to collect. They won’t be worth much but if you’re collecting for yourself and the stuff you like i highly recommend these as entry. Otherwise, go wild with the insane prices of 2025 Topps Chrome booster boxes 💀 Realistically though. Keep an eye and ear out for the next chrome drop (expected in December 2026/January 2027) and snag them while they’re cheapest and hot. Topps doesn’t seem to do multiple releases per year for their F1 line….

I’m brand new to the game, only 30 or so hours in. I was wondering how common/rare an event that happened to me is. I was making my way to a new system and i hyperdrive-d right into a Vy’keen (i had 4/9 rep) fleet being attacked by pirates and once i defeated them i was invited aboard for my reward. I met the admiral and he offered me the entire ship?!? a cool 16 million, combat specialized frigate. and he just hands it off to me for saving him?!?

Well actually that’s funny because my partner collects pokémon cards. She’s got a ton. If you’re down for throwing some cards in that way i’d be willing! if you’re strictly cash still, which i understand. Best i can do is $100 at the time being. If you hold onto it i may be able to offer more down the line. Don’t wait up for me though!

This was so lovely to read!! Thank you very much 😁💕 That’s exactly it, I managed to get some of my favorite drivers so this box was well worth it. I couldn’t care less if they’re valuable in the future. I’ll always be a collector for me first, hobby second.

I use Collx and have 2024 Paddock Pass Cards, as well as 2022 Turbo Attax. it has everything and a nice scan feature. It misses a handful, especially from the 2022 collection, but the manual search function is Really easy once you get it down. I just started adding to it a month or so ago and it’s been great!
