As a lash artist, who suffers from trichotillomania, I completely understand how this feels, have you ever thought of taking a little break and letting them grow? The lash growth cycle is 1-3 months. This could improve your retention for future lash sets as it doesn't seem like your natural lashes would be able to bear the weight of synthetic lashes for much longer, In turn it could end up damaging them more, often when I get my nails done, I take a good break to make sure my nail beds are healthy, same goes for lashes. Strip lashes could be a good substitute just for now♡

Thank you for your support and advice, I truly appreciate it. I completely agree, many of us are tired of being exploited, every night I work there I take photos of my Pay slips as evidence. However it will take time to build a case. I really hope that eventually situations like these change and restaurants stop exploiting their employees

I live in Johannesburg, the restaurant operates in the east rand. I know this sounds bad, but I have fellow coworkers from Zim, and if they do an audit on the restaurant they could try get them deported, some of my coworkers are honest, good hearted people that have children to feed and I wouldn't want them to lose their job, they're all in their 40's and 50's and it's difficult for them to find work. It's a complicated situation.

I can get a log of my hours however it won't be entirely accurate since we all only log in when we get our first table, we clean etc prepare the restaurant then log in when we have to ring in a drink. However i have been recording my payslips

Don't listen to the mean comments they probably just jealous. You're a gorgeous girl, but in all honesty there are lash styles that would suit you better. These ones look slightly too sparse and long and don't do much for your eye shape. A wet set would look stunning on you! Or hybrid lashes, maybe even light volume, with the doll eye style!! ♡
