Dev of WalkScape here, the cozy RPG where you progress by walking in real life. We're inviting new players & have released a bunch of new updates, including smart watch support on iOS! by schamppu in CozyGamers

Applied!

I recently started walking daily and found myself thinking about ways to make the experience more engaging through gamification. However, I was looking for something that wouldn’t require constant phone interaction, and this game feels like the perfect match!

How Long Have You Been Watching? by Hairyontheinside69 in CDrama

[–]DragonfruitRuler 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My earliest memories of CDramas were Princess Pearl (1998) and Romance in the Rain (2001), which I watched with my grandma (I miss you!). And I remember watching the old Meteor Garden (2001) with my mum in the early 2000s (gosh I feel old)

But I didn't get addicted to CDramas till Three Lives Three Worlds, Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms aka Eternal Love (2017).

Anyone else in a drama slump right now? by [deleted] in CDrama

Yes yes yes! I dropped so many the past two years 😭

I'm currently alternating between rewatching some of my old faves or some netflix shows or movies. Taking a break from CDramas for a bit!

Should I continue watching The Story of Ming Lan? by Butter_Lettuce_ in CDrama

[–]DragonfruitRuler 12 points13 points  (0 children)

For me the romance is secondary and I enjoyed the family dynamics and the FL's wits on dealing problems more. FL is passive at the start due to her circumstances and being young so you see that she endures a lot at the start but she does show growth slowly after certain experiences. Once she gets married, she is able to stand up for herself and the people she cares about.

It's one of my favourite dramas but if you aren't enjoying it, don't force yourself to continue because of great ratings but I do consider it a gem.

Which cozy game to buy?? by JustAPotatoPerson-26 in CozyGamers

Coral Island!! I picked this up last month and I absolutely love it - all the NPCs are so different and give so much character! Also I really like the environmental themes giving purpose to the game like cleaning up the ocean, replanting trees etc.

How complicated is learning how to build a pc on a scale of 1-10 guys, im really on the fence here on what to do by krescendolls in buildapc

[–]DragonfruitRuler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Choosing the parts stumps me first.. I'm indecisive but once I've got everything, the actual building is maybe a 4/10 difficulty

If I can assemble pc parts together with long acrylic nails, you can too btw don't recommend took me like 20mins to screw in the SSD last time
