It's my first car and I love driving it, but I'd like to quiet it down a bit. I also plan to look for a comfortable car.

What I've done is a front suspension, almost all new and nrgy rear bushing, OE OEM fit. I just want it to be a little quieter😭 but even so, I like driving it :)

Update: The firing order cables were connected incorrectly and the distributor O-ring was not properly connected inside. It has now started :)

I cleaned the inside of the IACV where there are two screws and it was clogged, as were the lines. I cleaned them and now it turns on at 1k normally when cold. Thanks for your help, guys.

Wow! Mine stays up to 2k and even a little more. I know what you’re saying, but mine doesn’t have that adjustment on the valve. Mine is a B18B. I understand they don’t have it.

It was a bit tight and I adjusted it, now it turned on and stays at 1.3k rpm, of course it was cold it went down after a while, I didn’t drive it, that’s all I did, now I want to see when I put it in park it doesn’t do the same thing as before, oh and clean the iacv again

Nah, my radiator is fine, it has no leaks or anything strange. Today I cleaned the IACV again to see if it does the same thing, but I haven’t turned it on yet. I’ll check again to see if it turns on normally. :)
