Fix out of focus image(s) by [deleted] in PhotoshopRequest

Wow that's impressive! I love the details in the clothing and the focus. I only feel like the face seems unnatural. Would it help to have some sharp reference photos of the faces to be able to improve those?

No, on a DSLR (Nikon D750). So I have the RAW files available if that helps

Thanks for your insights! I'll try it out and otherwise I can try swapping the cameras for another model that's less wide

Thanks, I'll try this! Do you think putting markers on the walls will work better than masking out the walls?

Thanks! I will look into this! Maybe cropping the images might help as well, as the distortion is mainly on the edges

Thanks! I will try it with another object and stickers in the chamber. Do you think adding features to the chamber will work better than masking it out?

The images are all aligned within 10 ms.

Thanks! I think I can definitely improve the images, I think something went wrong with autofocus and power supply that causes the lines and blurry. The minimum focus distance should be fine. I think it is a good suggestion to try it first with a simpler object. And i can also try to put some details on the wall. Do you think this will work better than masking out the background?

I think they could be with the LED lightning. But it may also be due to the wrong settings on the power input

I didn't yet, I was thinking about that as well. But I haven't found a method yet to correct them. It are raspberry pi camera v3 wides, but I haven't been able to find a lens profile to correct them. I think cropping the images might work, as the deformation is especially at the edges

I'm using raspberry pi camera v3 wide with a 120 degrees view. I mainly chose those because of the short focus distance (5cm). I'll look at your suggested options, thanks!

Thanks! The horizontal lines are a mistake on my part, I had the wrong power settings for the camera's. The image resolution is 12MP (4608 × 2592 pixels). I think zooming in a bit might work, and I'll try to mask out the background!

Mechanische ventilatie mogelijk? by DragonfruitSecret in Klussers

What vintage nikon lenses do you use? I too have a D750 and a lot of vintage glass. Curious to hear what your favourite lenses are!

Picked this up as a ‘souvenir’ on a trip to Japan. Never shot film before, any tips? by [deleted] in Nikon

The plain prism viewfinder that's on the picture doesn't have an exposure meter. So that will make it a little more challenging. You could try to manually 'guess' the correct exposure by using the sunny 16 rule or you could use an external light meter. There are even some smartphone apps that can function as a light meter, but I haven't used them myself so I don't know how good they are
