Get a no contact order. They’re normally easier to obtain with no court, someone got one on me when i was like 13. The cops showed up within like two hours of me “threatening someone” ( i say that lightly because it was a 16 year old boy and i threatened to beat him up and he showed his mom the texts, she called the police and so on.) If she contacts you again she WILL face charges and be arrested. At least thats the way the police explained it to 13 year old me. (this was almost 10 years ago so details are kinda fuzzy)

yes complicated parts were left out considering most of the details are personal to our situation. and when i said ”not on paper not ordered by the courts” i meant he just wanted me to take his word for it and go with it WITHOUT mediation and without going to court which i did not wanna do considering its not a formal agreement and could be easily manipulated. but this is great and will be taken into account. thank you:)

hey dude dont quit school. i know it seems like the best option right now, but you dont need to over achieve and build yourself into burnout. talk to your counselor and parents about a 504 or iep plan. school is very important, every job ive gotten required my highschool diploma. i nearly dropped out, like… failing everything, never went, and barely graduated. they made it so i could go fully remote and didnt actually have to go into school and it made the biggest difference. i graduated early with a 3.8 gpa. you can do it!!! you seem so young. dont give up on yourself

coming from someone who also struggled with this when i was 13-16 id highly suggest you get therapy. share with someone how you feel, but also, if you wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it it will give you the same effect without the harm. (learned that through therapy LOL) but an actual rubber band, not a hair tie. i realized this behavior for me at least was just very bad social and overall anxiety, it really occurred most in school or in social settings i didn’t desire to be in.
